Too many whites and men leading the military.

OK, some alleged "report" says there are too many whites and men leading the military.

Now, considering the fact that there are "too many", there must be a particular number that is deemed acceptable by the author(s) of this so-called report.

I would like to know exactly how many whites leading the military is "too many".   Should we figure out exactly how many colours humans are available in and divide that into the total number of military leaders, so each colour can have the exact correct amount of leaders in the military?  Would that number then, be acceptable?
Who will enforce this?  A panel of Obama appointed "experts"?
Should we pass a 2,500 page, $1 trillion bill to make sure each human tint and hue is represented in the military leadership?
Where does it end?

In countries like Kenya, are they concerned that there are too many blacks in their military leadership?  After all, it is diversity we are after, right?  Or is "diversity" only a concern in "white" countries?

I would also like to know if there are "too many" blacks on basketball teams, on football teams, etc..

Are there too many black employees at the DMV?

Should we just ban all white people from everything?  Would that be the fair they are looking for?

So many questions.

My God, our country is ridiculous.  Things like this make me embarassed to be an American.

WASHINGTON — A new report says the U.S. military is too white and too male at the top and needs to change recruiting and promotion policies, including its ban on women in combat.

The report ordered in 2009 by Congress calls for greater diversity in military leadership so it will better reflect the racial, ethnic and gender mix in the armed forces and in American society.

Sent to the president and lawmakers on Monday, the report says that 77 percent of senior officers in the active duty military are white, while only 8 percent are black, 5 percent are Hispanic and 16 percent are women. One barrier that keeps women from the highest ranks is their inability to serve in combat units.
